Terms and Conditions
We aim to complete and deliver your order typically within 21 days of receiving it. Occasionally at busy times creating your peg dolls may take a little longer, in this instance we will contact you via email to discuss your order.
You commit yourself to a legally binding contract under the terms and conditions stated on this page when either:
* Your Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta or other payment method is authorised.
*You confirm your payment by clicking the 'Pay' button in the PayPal 'Make Your Payment' page.
We will confirm your order with you either by email.
We are not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add. Whilst we take care to make sure all prices shown are correct, occasionally errors can occur, in these cases we will not charge you a higher price, but may be unable to supply the item.
Postage and packing charges have to be added to the prices shown. The cost of post and packaging is shown in the shopping cart before you commit your payment.
We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
We usually send out orders using Royal Mail. If your order is over £60, we will use a service that requires the a signature for the parcel.
Descriptions about sizes are approximate. Pegs naturally vary in size and wood shades. Paint shades are also subject to variation. Loose parts may also slightly vary.
Goods will only be replaced or refunded if the fault is in the manufacture or materials (this must be identified within 1 week of the goods being received). No liability will be accepted for consequential loss in respect of goods sold. Your costs to return faulty goods will be reimbursed. Please email or write before returning goods. It is essential to wrap returns well. This prevents damage in the post.
Happy customers are good for business. If you are not happy with your order please Email or write, explaining the nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to solve the problem.
Subscription periods run from the 26th-25th of the month. Any orders placed outside this period will be sent the next months subscription package.
All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time either through your payment provider or through contacting Ginger buttons Loose Parts directly.
